1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by cg99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 6. Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false personal information, suspected fraudulent activity, self-exclusion requests, and failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all balances will be held in escrow. Should the investigation result in a finding of fraudulent activity or Terms breach, cg99 reserves the right to forfeit all held balances. If the account is cleared, all eligible balances will be returned to the player without undue delay.
